Reflections
Now
Recalled slowly, a journey taken all too quickly. I look back and recognize my evolution . The changes in need of formal attention. Supporting others is my calling. That IM blooping into view is what makes my heart skip. A teammate in need of assistance. Whether system expertise, pair programming, interdepartment coordination, brainstorming, general guidance, or literally anything . All that. That makes me happy. Excited .

Work. Energy . The fire to complete and the focus to remain vigilant through moving goals and tightening constraints. These that make meaningful our collective unconcious are best drawn out through investing . Making the personal investment and encouraging investment. By sharing ownership . Allowing and encouraging the participation and buy-in at an honest, emotional level. This comes from the constant active decisions of the team. The members, the leaders, the associates, and the stakeholders. Concious speaking mirrored by deliberate acts of listening.
